Ira Saric-Ormuz

At TIOLI, Ira is responsible for business development and marketing. Ira is from Zagreb, Croatia and has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. She is currently learning the necessary knowledge for business model development at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, where she is in her final semester of an MBA program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. Through her own affliction due to a histamine intolerance, she is very familiar with the topic of food intolerances. Her experience in this field and her motivation to help other people with food intolerances are of great importance for the development of our solutions.

Alexander Schacht

Alex has a Master's degree in Computer Science and is responsible for software architecture and implementation at TIOLI. Through his experience as a technical project manager, he has experience in backend development. In addition, he has already contributed to a startup in the field of screen advertising as CTO for four years. Alex applies modern organizational forms such as Scrum and Holacracy in daily practice. He can thus relate to the typical situation for people with intolerances in the supermarket of looking at a product and checking whether it contains ingredients, due to his vegetarian diet.




Thomas Kimmel

Thomas holds a master's degree in physics from the Technical University of Braunschweig. Through projects in his studies and at thePhysikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, he gained programming experience in the simulation and analysis of complex physical systems. As a result, his focus shifted towards programming. Now he dedicates himself to the development of mobile applications and website creation, specializing in frontend development and design. Due to his vegan diet, Thomas brings an important perspective to our startup.
